Do you know anyone that has cable?

If so, you can easily just use their cable login, or they can even create up to like 8 names to share with people.. They just need to login to their main cable account and create a new side account.. Once you get the cable e-mail and password.. you can get on the watchespn app, select their cable provider, and enter the login info.. you can do that from the app on any device, or directly on a computer browser..

I've helped family before who needed to watch by creating them their own e-mail to use as a login. Again, it's not illegal, because they allow me to create these e-mails for whoever I like up to a certain amount of people.. and it's just for streaming any ways.. and it's not like I get money's worth watching at home. I absolutely take advantage of the services I pay for.

These logins can help you access all of WatcESPN, fox sports app, nbc app, and possibly cbs (although cbs often stream their games live for free any ways)

Any ways, one other really cool option you do if you just want to stream and already have cable at home.... and I do this.. If you have cable/satellite services at home.. but are leaving for a trip.. you can get a used Slingbox 500 for about 125-140.. you set it up with your cable box at home.. hook it up to your internet either via ethernet or just wifi info.. if you set it up right you can have full access of your cable and watch anything from it on a web browser from anywhere.. or you can also get the slingbox app for a few bucks or so and access all your channels from home through it.. on the app and on a browser.. you can actually change the channel from it.. it's pretty cool.

I'm about to be in Toronto for a month on business and will be in a hotel the whole time. Can I just purchase this and stream it on a computer?

If you have good internet at home and you already have a cable box that is in a room no one will be using.. then getting a slingbox to set up at home may be more worth it to you.. The only downside is.. if something at home happened, such as power went off, you may need someone to power it back on. but if you have someone already at home it's a great option. You have access to ALL of your channels this way. They have a great app for the iPad and iPhone. If you brought like a Roku stick to plug into the TV in your hotel room.. you could watch through that on the sling app with a slingbox at home as well.. Lots of options to consider. But maybe see if the hotel offers some sort of American sports package first.
