True. Les is a great recruiter. We have amazing athletes at every position, including WR. I believe their (WR) athletic talent gave them most of their success, and they possible could of been even better (stats) if they were in a better offensive scheme.

Route running is work and knowledge. They had veteran route tree knowledge as rookies.
And of course talent matters. This is the part of the game that goes beyond talent.
