There was a previous accident in the area that firefighters were on scene of. A truck pulling a trailor and another sedan crashed.

Its that and when some of these nimrod get on those bridges on I10 it's like they think they are at the Daytona 500, they increase speed to try to get somewhere a few minutes faster.
The worst is between BR and Lafayette. The last time I traveled that bridge, I was doing 75, and I was being passed like I was going slow.
