I eat so much chicken I could be out pecking pea gravel.

Got any good chicken recipes for me? I need some more quick and easy chicken dishes for week nights.
These dishes are easy to cook in advance and freeze well:
Meatballs and Red Sauce
Chili
Red/White Beans
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Some other good week night dinners:
Grilled Pork Chops
Blackened Fish
Fajitas
Pot Roast (Instant Pot)
Jambalaya
