The grammar issues are numerous but the bigger question is whether this is the best they can come up with assuming they even tried to do so.

What does this mean?

2. Creation of Police Department Interactive Training Program vs Residency Requirements. Primary police officers who are designated to patrol certain neighborhoods will receive interactive training by attending churches, schools, community centers and meeting with local community citizens during a three month training period each year.

Are they suggesting that police officers train for three months a year and then work nine months a year? What the hell is a "Primary" police officer?

"Re-Entry Programs" How about quit getting arrested in the first place. I have never seen in my life a group that was so pitiful in their requests. Please help us, forget the bad things we do and the fact that we don't try to help ourselves.

Holy shite. I really hope someone with no education level above 9th grade typed that. I've seen better papers written by 5th graders. Sheesh.

The letter looks to be from the NAACP to the AG, not what the OP title suggests.

I know Ernest Johnson. He's a lawyer but introduces himself as "Dr." Ernest Johnson. And no, he is NOT a Dr. or any type. The first time I met him I was like "what kind of Dr. are you" and he goes "a doctor of law." I started laughing and was like seriously? He did not find it amusing.

Look at this bio: Dr. Ernest Johnson.

Same old BS. Anything that was established while segregation was taking place or before people started being offended by everything has to be changed or terminated.

But they quote their rights from a document that was written and signed during a time of segregation far worse than they have ever seen.
