Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Georgia Tech, Virginia, Missouri to the B1G. Because we have the following and the money.
4 divisions of 5 schools
B1G West - Nebraska, Oklahoma,Kansas, Missouri,Texas
B1G East - Virginia, Rutgers, Maryland, Penn State, Georgia Tech
B1G North - Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Northwestern, Michigan State
B1G South - Ohio State, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, Michigan
Protect 1 rival from outside your division. Play every division team and play two teams from each other division also.
This gives you 11 games and then you only schedule 1 non conference game.
Division winners play each other at home stadium for semi final. B1G Champ game in Indy. Winner goes to the Rose Bowl to play Pacific 16 champ. Winner of that game plays National Champ game at rotating site against ACC/ SEC winner from Sugar Bowl.
Texas could play a schedule like:
Oklahoma (division)
Nebraska (division)
Missouri (division)
Kansas (division)
Ohio State (protected)
Wisconsin (north 1)
Penn State (east 1)
Iowa (north 2)
Georgia Tech (east 2)
Michigan (south 1)
Indiana (south 2)
You can't tell me that that isn't attractive. Even with the Hoosier on the schedule!
