if it rains like it did last year and in years past, it really doenst matter where you have it. Unless its on concrete its gonna be sloppy.

If rain is an unrelenting issue, why don't they move it to a more dry time of the year?

UNO grounds have shells underlying. Slop should not be a problem even with heavy rain.
