Having to re authenticate apps on Apple TV every day

So i have a 4th generation apple tv. Recently switched from Direct TV to a cable/internet provider called TDS. They have 1 Gig service and love it. Since Ive switched cable providers, I'm having to reauthenticate just about all my apps that go through the provider email/password, except Hulu and Netflix since they are tied to my gmail account. Any app that goes through the provider and you need to enter your provider username and password, seems to time out around 24 hours and i have to go through the process of re authenticating. This never happened with DirectTV so I really think it's a security setting or my account or email address is somehow corrupt and logging me out.
It's annoying and i called the provider and their extra special tech service hasn't heard of this issue so providing little to no support. I have reset the apple tv already, redownloaded apps, and authenticated, which took a good 45 min. Still has the same issue. I really think its a TDS issue and not sure what i should tell them to look at.
1. Anyone have this issue?
2. Any advice on what it might be and what I might ask them to check?

The next update coming in the fall will have single sign in. sign in one time for all apps.
