Can't really argue with the ones in the OP.
But I'll submit the climactic battle at Ochiai at the end of 13 Assassins. Such an incredible and intense payoff the followed a great slow-burn build up.

Not the battle, but the Dunkirk scene in Atonement is some of the best combination of acting, cinematography and directing.

SPR is clearly number one. When the movie came out, there were still a lot of WW2 vets around. There were numerous articles and accounts regarding WW2 vets saying no one had ever come as close to depicting real combat as Speilberg in that first half hour,

I would have to say opening sequence of Saving Private Ryan. that is the 1st thing that popped in my head when I read the question
I remember seeing it in the theater and feeling like I just sat through a full movie plus seeing some vets in the theater crying had a huge impact on me as well

Pearl Harbor in Michael Bay's Pearl Harbor was pretty good
Love story aside, the attack itself was really done IMO. Very powerful. I remember being angry watching it (in a good way
Eta: I enjoyed the Gladiator battle as well but I actually wished it went longer.

After the first week or two, they added a warning at the beginning and a 1-800 for vets to call if they needed to speak to a counselor after seeing that depicted.
My high school civics teacher's father was a combat medic that landed in the first wave and he came and spoke to our class about it the landing at one point. He said the Tom Hanks shell-shocked sequences made him feel like he was back on the beach in 1944.
He passed away a few years ago.

Saving Private Ryan is #1
Probably Braveheart #2

How about post-battle??
Game of Thrones should easily steal this scene.
It has so many feels to it, it's ridiculous

Gotta love how saying "Michael Bay" automatically gets you downvoted in this echo chamber. That battle is really well done. The tracking shot of the bomb being dropped into the ammunition magazine of the Arizona couldn't have been done better. The reactions of everyone on the island as they see hundreds of Japanese planes flying overhead is well done too.
Not a good movie, but a very good scene.

All offset to the horrible air combat scenes. The way they were jerking the flight sticks around on those P-40's would have led to a crash in no time. As well Welch jumped and shot down Kate Torpedo bombers and was not in low level dogfights with Zero fighters. Even at the end of the war the US policy was NEVER dogfight a Zero on the deck. 2nd highest scoring US Ace, McGuire was killed trying to dogfight a Zero on the deck. So Pearl can stay in the pure Jank range for me.

If realism is how you determined these then you must think Braveheart is the worst movie of all time.

It's not a classic "battle scene," but the sequence in True Detective Season 1 episode "Who Goes There," with the fighting between the gangs and the police was one of the best shot sequences I've ever seen.

The opening scene in The Revenant was legit. Hadn't seen that mentioned yet. I wouldn't consider it among the best, just thought it deserved recognition

Among others mentioned:
The final battle in Stanley Kubrick's Spartacus.
The Battle of Agincourt in Branaugh's Henry V
The Battle of Mogadishu in Black Hawk Down
Battle of Stalingrad in Enemy at the Gates
Plenty of more
