Did back yesterday and did 3 rounds of pullups - 19-14-15
Just got back in the gym this January after a long break. Feels good to be able to pump out some pull-ups again.

My dad got drunk the other weekend and said he'd give me a dollar for every pull-up I could do. $21 later, he was regretting that bet

Everyone that had been scheduled from birth to that point.
But, GD that is a lot of pull ups.
I can do sets of 5 or 6 ring pull ups - is that or just :meh:?

Nope, considering about 3 months ago I could only do like 8, I'm ok with it.
I know i know, all OTers can crush out 100 pullups with 3 plates hanging from a chain.

.01% chance you went from doing 8 pullups to being able to do 19 perfect dead hang pullups in 3 months.
.01% chance you took a long break from working out and then pumped out 19 perfect dead hang pullups.

I am serious. I've been working with a personal trainer 4 days a week since January. I've dropped from 215 to 196 in that time while loosing 3 inches in my waist doing nothing but strength training. My trainer doesn't let me cheat on reps.

Anyone else feel like he spent a little too much time practicing pull-ups just to raise $4,000?
Posted on 5/19/16 at 3:47 pm to Scooba
