Router issue: devices connecting to wifi but no internet connection

Just bought an Archer C5 and went through the installation process last night. When I attempted to configure the router on my MacBook air it auto detected that I was using a static IP address, even though under networking it says dynamic.
Long story short, none of my devices (MacBook, iPhone, xbox, firestick) can access the internet. They all connect to the wireless but no internet connection.
Should I call my ISP (Cox) or is there an easier fix. Thanks.

This has happened to me before and I just went into the router settings and changed what channel the wifi was broadcasting on and restarted the router. If it's on CH 6 put it on CH 11 or vice versa.
