Add in $35 each way per bag. Then compare your savings. If they are still a good bit to you (on aggregate) then go with Spirit.
They have lesser planes per route, so they get delayed more often than others.
But I like spirit and I fly them because I pack light and don't pay for any bags. Nothing against them but I am a non-OT baller.
