It's not "Resisting Arrest" like so many here keep beating the drum that there has to be a charge to be arrested for in the first place. It is "Resisting an Officer" and can be a stand alone charge.

You think officers are such untrainable dumbasses, they cant figure out how to cuff a 16 yr old face down on the ground with FIVE DAMN OFFICERS without punching him in the head and face. If they are that damn incompetent, we need to start over.
I happen to think it is plenty possible, therefore this cop should be fired.
