I agree with this, and then the guy who is making $16 is going to be pissed he isn't getting the massive raise the guy who is now making $15 just received. When his value was once double minimum wage, it is now only 6.7% higher. How is that person going to react? I highly doubt it's by working harder. THIS is the problem that can't be solved.
