Yea. It started with bullet king. That was patched.
Now people are doing it with the Russian Consulate boss.
They basically trick the game into thinking they died but they really killed the boss. The loot drops but they still respawn. So they can continue to kill him over and over.

The thing that makes this one more difficult is that you have to actually reach the boss on one of the hardest challenging missions in the game.
