Roofing has evolved into this quasi insurance adjustor profession, it's crazy. When they get your insurance company to pay for an entire new roof instead of patching a spot, or roll through your neighborhood after a minor storm claiming everyone needs new roofs you STILL end up paying for it. Nothing in life is free kids....

I have a friend who is HS girls soccer coach that got into it one summer after a tornado came through.
He banked and didn't left a finger except to say "go here illegal Mexicans" and claim insurance. Not a scam but it's a lucrative business to be on the insurance claiming part of t b

You don't put new roofing on three of the faces of your roof and leave three with the old roofing. My insurance company tried to screw me and the roofing company held their feet to the fire and made them do it right.
