I just watched the video. If that is what they call being mistreated these days then this country is going to hell in a hand basket. The cop seemed extremely/overly nice. Had she not had a warrant out for her arrest, she likely would have been let go. You can't expect a cop to let you go once he realized she had a warrant out for her. As far as the handcuffing, he explained to her that it was protocol and had to been done. They even offered to drive her to work after she posted bail. I don't see what the problem is.
