Look, there are some very legitimate uses for medical marijuana, but could you please provide me the link to this AMA bylaw you reference? Nothing frustrates me more in the world of medicine than the ridiculous number of conspiracy theories that exists that we as medical professionals are restricting patients access to life saving/life sustaining therapies for personal monetary gain.

There is no way God's Will is the will of a hospital or insane law and it's "enforcers".
I stand with each of you who feel this is and has been utter bullshite since Nixon.

I think articles like this are melodramatic/deceiving when touting the anti cancer effects of MJ/cannabis oils. I'm sure they ease pain and help appetite, but they make it sound like the oil was curing her cancer, which isn't true.
I think a less biased article focusing on the stupidity of drug laws instead of the miraculous marijuana killing cancer would be more beneficial.

I just referenced 2 articles showing exactly that THC can kill brain tumor cells. It is not just for pain management and nausea.

what? your search engine is broke or somethin'?
it's common knowledge, that doctors protocols are written to maximize profits, not maximize healing...
so, with that in mind
just exactly what kind of bylaws do you suppose them gangsters would have behind them?!
[ AMA bylaws, protect profits ] very simple search
just readem and weep...

You're retarded
All I said was you could get arrested and guess what?! He did! And I mentioned currently legal alternatives
I have no problem with medical marijuana or even recreational marijuana. I'm sorry that you all just want to be emotional and irrational women

so protocols for neuroblastoma maximize profits? Why is accutane (a relatively cheap drug) in the protocol? Maybe the protocol is based on clinical trials?

With all due respect, sir, your "common knowledge" is terribly flawed.
I hope that next time you need the care of a doctor, you're fortunate enough to find yourself In the presence of that rare oddity of an ethical physician.

He doesn't believe in doctors I think he uses essential oils and prayers
Funny how I used to be in healthcare, have worked for and with numerous doctors and I've never seen that happen

That sucks but why would you give your kid illegal drugs?
The OP and the entire article are discussing WHY he did it.
It's no wonder we have so many stupid laws.

So you stand by the following question, and don t understand why a parent would make this choice?
If so, then you are not a troll, just an oblivious moron.

I would not because I wouldn't want to chance getting arrested for drugs and having my kid taken away
I guarantee you the short lasting benefits she received from the weed do not outweigh her not having her father while she's dying
Also as I mentioned, there are prescription weed meds

Kid dying is much better than a parent getting some bullshite arrest, right?
Trolling
What if the doctors wouldn't prescribe marinol? What if the CBD oil was going to extend the kid's life, not just provide pain mediation? You once worked in healthcare, you should be more open minded.
