But r/skincareaddiction recommends against physical exfoliation because it's too harsh and actually damages your skin

I've noticed a huge improvement when I use the olay one daily.
When I don't use it during the winter my face is all flaky(especially after I put makeup on). My makeup goes on much smoother when I use the olay daily.
Another drugstore brand that I have found that is cheap and has great face care products....Boots No.7
Love their products. You can find it at Target, Ulta, and Walgreens. Walgreens and Ulta usually have frequent sales on No. 7 products.

Boots does have some good products. I use their mineral cleansing oil
Exfoliation is important but they say chemical exfoliation is better for your skin, like retinol, aha's, etc. There's a lot of good info there

That was one thing that was great about being on the pill for so many years....my skin.
Now that I'm off I've noticed my skin breaks out more often. I've used different makeup as well so who knows if it's that or a combination of all that.

Has anyone tried the Nuface?

It's like a foreign language up in here

I've only been on the Reddit skincareaddiction routine for a few weeks and I'm bad about being too lazy to wash my face at night. But I can still see improvement
Pox mentioned that the bare minerals liquid has coconut oil in it, which is very comedogenic (pore clogging). Here's a good list LINK

The rosegold one is pretty!

For $225 it damn well should be.

I need NuBody more than Nuface.

I've pretty well fallen for Clinique products. Their Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief lotion is about the only one I've found that doesn't break me out in the summer but keeps my face hydrated in the winter (and here it's been getting down below 0 with some nasty windchills).
And I'm a fan of their stick eyeshadows. I have no desire to spend anymore time than I have to on my makeup.
ETA: I've got combo skin with an oily lean, but dry as hell t-zone in the winter.

I do get nervous when I travel that it (Clairsonic) may turn on in my luggage and then I will have to explain "It's my face brush! Not a vibrator! I swear!"
Don't tense up, own up to your remedial therapy .

I use Urban Decay's Naked Palette eyeshadows. Love them.
