look at the address to send money to on the notice. Its in Ohio. You don't have to pay them. You will continue to receive notices for a while, then a letter from some law firm in Texas threatening to report you to credit agencies. If they do that (which they never have for me), the worst you will have to do is call the credit agency and tell them you never agreed to the debt and poof - its gone. You will not be booted, arrested, not be able to get your drivers license renewed, etc
