Hoverboard Question

Has Anyone been able to find away to turn off the voice prompts telling you the battery is low? Mine is very loud and starts well before the battery is actually low.
The broken english is comical the first 5 times you hear it but it gets annoying when she speaks every 90 seconds or so for an hour.

There should be a red light on it that we found to be enough notice that the battery is low. The voice is very annoying

You know that is also why they don't allow laptop batteries in your checked bags. Are you not going to allow laptops either? Many drones use the same battery type as does all your cell phones. Are you not going to allow those?
Same goes for any lithium polymer/lithium ion battery, if they get damaged, they can catch fire, and they burn at something like 2000 degrees.

Spontaneously? I've only seen stories when they are charging or when someone is riding it. Maybe about 5-6 out of a million

If you only charge them for 30 minutes at time and then let them cool and charge for 30 more minutes and then let the battery cool down before riding it, they shouldn't blow up or catch fire.
1 hour will get your battery to 90% charge. THat's plenty of charge while keeping them safe.

There's no such thing as hoverboards.

Just open it up and start cutting wires. It won't catch on fire or anything.

The only ones that blow up are those $400 poverty boards. Good job endangering your family's lives with your knockoff garbage boards.

Sounds like a nice feature.

Exactly. They're forward facing automatic skateboards.

Poor people grocery shop at Wally World.

Saw a guy pushing his kid in a stroller while riding one of those things. I prayed that he contracts polio.
