Watershed Moment?

As a caller pointed out on Moscona show, could this fiasco (understatement) be a watershed moment for Miles? Where he finally realizes he needs to change something drastic or he will be ousted.
I know I'll get some downvotes, but there is a small possibility and I think we will find out depending on what coaching changes are made before next season.

Could.
Doubtful based on history, but possible.
Plan for the worst, hope for the best. Well, we can still do the second part.

Yea sure. A 62 year old man who is reinforced and enabled by a multi-million dollar salary and believes his way was vindicated by the stadium crowd and big booster pressure to keep him, will suddenly change his ways. Happens all the time.

Personally I think there is a 0% chance of this.
I just want someone to convince me I'm wrong so there can be some optimism going forward.

No unfortunately, it will be the watershed moment that ends a great era of LSU football. We had an opportunity to upgrade the program and continue this era. Instead, we will allow the program to slip further under Miles for a few more years. At that point, we will not be shopping the likes of Jimbo Fisher, we will be shopping mid-major coaches because our program will have fallen out of the elite level.
My prediction is that it will be at least 7-10 years before we are relevant on a national scene.

I think if Les is willing to fire his long time buddy, this could be a sign of change.

I hear he is going trough a divorce, if you want him that bad drive to Tallassee and maybe you'll get lucky.

Isn't this why they are keeping Miles? They had no other plan after Jimbo. Who isn't coming to LSU. LSU is at that point and has been at that point. People thinking LSU could land anyone are the delusional ones.

I feel like I was stood up for a date. Nothing to open on Christmas.

There will be NO changes. This just plays into his hand (and head) that his way is the only way.

If less than 100 yards of total offense in the most important game of his career wasn't, nothing will.
