Assuming Bama beats Florida and plays OU first

What would be OU's biggest concern? Would Derrick Henry have just as much success as the last game or has Oklahoma clamped down in that regard?
Not digging going against Mayfield but I do hope it happens

OU's biggest concern is Perine's health.

Alabama/Oklahoma would be an awesome game.

Agreed. Two best teams in CFB

I personally believe that it will be Alabama vs. Michigan State. OU will be slightly penalized for having no conference championship to play in while Michigan State will be playing an undefeated, Top 5 Iowa team. The winner of that game, at least in my opinion, will play Alabama in the semi-finals.

I can't imagine anyone plays Bama and their biggest concern isn't the defensive front. Gonna be a long day if you can't neutralize em. They'd probably look at some of the misdirection Auburn used to get a little bit of success.

Getting their run game going against Alabama's front seven. One dimensional OU isn't nearly as scary as OU with a run game. If OU can run the football and have balance in their offense, it might turn into a very uncomfortable shootout.
Winner of this game wins the national title.

I think that Oklahoma and Clemson are the worst matchups for Alabama in the playoffs. I think that both can beat UA. I think Bama would be favored against OU......not sure about Clemson.

What happened to Perine?

I saw him get injured last night. He needed help getting off the field.
I THINK it was Perine.

Just read an ankle injury

If both teams play the absolute best game they can. OU wins. The gap between the offenses is bigger than the gap between the defenses. Mostly because of Mayfield. Last time Bama was on the field with them, Trevor Knight looked like an AA, and he now squats on the bench because of Mayfield. Stryker has also gotten better.
That being said, I want OU first, simply because they would be the hardest to game plan for. Whereas Clemson, MSU, and Iowa would all require less planning. In relative order.
It would also help that the game plan for OU would be similar to what would be needed facing Clemson. I don't think Bama has to have a highly specific game plan for MSU or Iowa, they don't matchup well with Bama.

damn, I only caught a little bit of that game. I had no idea he was injured. Let's hope it's not serious.

Yeah, that combo with Mixon makes that offense go. They need him to have a chance in the playoffs

our offensive line. It's made some strides and Lincoln reilly is hell of a OC, he's been able to mask that.

He hurt his ankle but he played again later in the game. With five weeks off he'll be fine

Gotcha. I wasn't sure but I'm glad he's okay.

Oklahoma scares me more than the other playoff teams, including Clemson. Baker Mayfield vs our secondary would be a huge test. Our secondary is so much better than it has been in the last few years, but we still give up some big plays. I have not watched much of Oklahoma this year, but I know that our DL is probably the best in the country, and would bring a lot of pressure without the help of blitz packages. At this point, I'm not sure that any team can keep Henry from hitting 150 yards, and Coker has really improved. Coker isn't a great QB by any stretch of the imagination, but he rarely makes mistakes, and he has surprising mobility and elusiveness for someone who would get owned in the 40 by an OL
