Seems like we have no choice but to extend him for recruiting purposes.
I just pray to god this whole ordeal shook him up and he will make some real, substantial changes to the offense.

Miles will not be extended. He is a lame duck.
We are biding time until the cost-benefit analysis favors his firing.
Recruiting will suffer, coaching changes will be difficult. We are screwed for a couple years, then we will need to rebuild.
