Love this show. Second favorite behind walking dead.

Loved everything about the episode except for the UFO. Would have preferred a less sci-fi cause for the accident.
Also kind of pissed that Culkin's character is dead. He could have been a great one.

I'm so glad this season is focusing on Lou Solverson (Molly's dad) and the really bad case from 1979 that he talked about in season one.
I haven't read any pre-season press so I didn't know that was the focus of this season. I was hoping that was what it would be.

I'm withholding judgment to see if the UFO aspect comes in to play as the season unfolds, if not then yes I agree it felt too contrived.

I thought Season 1 was the best show on tv last year, and last night's episode did not disappoint. I'm surprised more people on this board don't watch this show.

There were parts of the first ep where I was wondering why we were focusing on certain folks, then they'd turn a corner and they'd become amazing.
This is going to be a great season.

Yep. This is going to be an unbelievably good season

There's no way they're going to leave that hanging. You'll be getting an explanation at some point this season and I guarantee it won't be anything alien related. Come on now, I think the writers have earned our trust after such an amazing first season and season 2 premiere.

Yea. After last season and the fact that they just gave us the best episode of television of the fall, I'm trusting the writers to make since of the UFO

Is there any where to watch season #1 or get the cliff notes for it?

I thought it was just ok. I didn't think it was funny or had as many likable characters. It fell much more contrived.
