The stop lights on College drive are out--stupidity ensues

If you want to see stupidity in its native habitat, take a drive down College by the Interstate right now.

There's a cop there but he is sitting in his car, not directing traffic. The drivers are so stupid, they don't understand a 4 way stop.

I go out of my way to avoid college drive when it's lights are functioning normally. I hate everything about that road

I work near the Siegen/perkins intersection and every time it rains those lights frick up. 9/10 times everyone just looks at each other and guesses when they should go. it's miserable .

What kills me is when there's a blinking yellow and a blinking red at a signal... and the idiots stop for the yellow...

Anyone know if this is fixed yet? I have to go to a place on lee, but I'm taking an alternate route if this is still fricked.
