According to an article on NFL.com, the goal is a team in London by 2022.
They have been doing three games a year in London for a few years and will probably increase that four games in 2016.
Germany and Mexico are probably the next countries to host regular season games. The biggest issue in Germany is TV, and the biggest issue in Mexico is the quality of the stadiums.
They are considering moving the Pro Bowl to Brazil to help introduce the game down there.
They are also looking at Canada and China.
