Unlike 90% of nations, we believe that everyone is entitled to liberty and freedom. Granted I think our government has largely perversed these ideals, but it's an ideal that is still alive in basically every American. I really can't say the same for the vast majority of countries that believe we should just be a unit and not be excellent individuals. That is what makes America special and we were the first to implement this. Free society is based on the American system, and everyone in the world tries to emulate or defy us in some very direct way.
