Is he suing them for damages, or to make them put the stuff in? I mean this is likely a lose, lose for him. If he isn't suing for damages, he won't get paid. If he wins his suit and the guy can't afford to move the bathroom, he closes, and the guy still can't go to Bisbano's.

Just go get your pizza somewhere else. Brisbano's needs to post a "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" outside their front door.
