Between a tortilla, rice, and beans, you're looking at 400-500 calories. I'm not sure about the tortilla, but the rest are healthy calories.
Still beats a McRib.

So many people don't get this. The converse is true also. Just because something is good for you, doesn't mean you won't get fat eating a lot of it.

Read OP in my head as a Lewis Black rant.

Exactly my point. Many people with weight issues see "fat free" or something that's labeled as healthy, and they seem to think they can eat all they want of it. If you want to lose weight, the starting point is lowering caloric intake. They can get into keto or whole 30 or paleo or vegan or whatever, but the formula for weight loss isn't a fad. It's science: burn more calories than you take in.

Personally, I just think it's fricked up that they came from Colorado, but didn't introduce the world to the gloriousness that is the Hatch green chili sauce. Chipotle is basically a San Francisco style, Mission burrito joint, but they didn't/haven't paid homage to the local style of Mexican food
Hatch green chilies aren't authentic Coloradan cuisine. It's New Mexico
