Hell Oregon and Auburn runs the same play 50% of the game. Coaches don't have enough practice time During the week to implement huge changes in the offense.

That's my point. Simple offenses that move the ball with less talented, less experienced QBs. Sure, lsu's offense CAN succeed. The problem is, it takes a lot to make it succeed.

And Mett spent a season at UGA, played a whole season at juco which although isn't SEC it's still quality reps and game experience, then spent a whole season at LSU in which an NFL talent like him should have been able to grasp the offense. But apparently not.

So now, when we have a QB without nearly as much experience or talent (maybe BH does), how can we expect a functioning offense this year?

Actually no it doesn't. It takes a qb with a decent compl % and some experience in the system. This myth that we've had shite qb play every year is just that. A Myth. We've had good qb play 5 our of Miles 10 seasons and 3 of those years where the qb play wasn't good was with very young and inexperienced qbs.

Less than 6 months at UGA.

In what reality was Nick Marshal less experienced? He played qb his entire life outside of 1 year at UGA. Also if you didn't notice, Auburn had the same exact record as LSU did so why does it matter. I'm not saying you think this but it sure seems like there is a portion of lsu fans that would rather finish #1 in the country in passing offense than finish ranked in the top 10 final poll.
