Your opinion does Jennings get suspended at least 1 game?

its the right to do. If your the leader of the team and u do something that gets u suspended for the summer u don't deserve to start game one

He should be suspended for at least the 1st half of the McNeese game, so he can come in and play scrub duty after Harris waxes McNeese in the 1st half

Suspended for? Charges were dismissed....

No way they're gonna suspend him. Miles won't have a cold starter going into Miss St.

This would be a nice situation

It sets a bad precedent to suspend a player for dismissed charges.

I think he deserves suspension of at least 2-3 games for several reasons:
1. This alledged "Leader" of the team, "LED" a couple of team mates astray, getting them in trouble also.
2. He has missed the entire summer, thus effing up planning, etc for the coming fall practice.
3. To those who say that "no charges filed equates to no consequences", I say that charges fild should have nothing to do with egregious behavior. He effed up and there needs to be payback.

He still missed summer workouts with his team because of a decision he made

I don't expect a suspension. Has anything been said about internal discipline? Seems like I remember something

He broke into a punk assed dude's house who broke into his and stole his shite, to steal his own shite back (sound almost like the OJ case, really)
Charges were dropped, why should he?
I want Harris to start as much as anyone but not because Jennings would sit out for that.

Not sure why people feel the need to compare every situation.
Replying @ guy saying charges dropped means they didn't do anything to deserve team punishment.
Not all situations are ever the same and all deserve their own attention and appropriate response.
Take Mills for instance.. That was a false report and nothing was proven true. He was immediately instated back and missed no time. Which was appropriate.
Now take what Jennings and company did. They had a reason to be upset. They still should not have taken their approach the way they did but it's more understanding. It was still an inappropriate response and they took it out on the wrong people.. That's why it's wrong to go that route to start. Just because the guy was nice enough to understand and dropped the charges does not mean they shouldn't be held accountable.. What they did was still true. It's not severe and given their age and circumstances.. Probably sitting a quarter or two seems appropriate..
