I can listen to "Do You Hear What I Hear?" but according to wikipedia it's not really a Christmas song and more of a hippy peace song:
quote:
Do You Hear What I Hear?" is a song written in October 1962, with lyrics by Noël Regney and music by Gloria Shayne Baker.[1] The pair, married at the time, wrote it as a plea for peace during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Mariah Carey and Michael Buble are always nice.

I do. I love Christmas and everyone in my office thinks I'm nuts for listening to it year round. Fight the good fight.

No. It was fun when I was a kid and was off from school for two weeks.

After Halloween, Christmas music is fair game

I would only listen to certain songs if I wanted to listen to Christmas music right now.

I'm listening to Josh Groban's Christmas album right now, delightful is how i'd describe it.

I have to listen to that crap for 2 months straight, it's enough to make you hate Christmas. Every now and then I will put on August Burns Red's Christmas album. It's pretty awesome.

I worked at Lowe's for my duration of college and they would start playing Christmas music after Halloween on a continuous loop for two months straight. After four years of that, I cannot stand Christmas music. It was always disheartening when we had to start putting Christmas stuff out after Labor Day.

I love listening to practicing orthodox Jewish folks sing traditional Christmas songs.
To Barbra and Neil, this Brit Milah's for you!
No, I don't care for Christmas music in general and certainly not in August.
Now Handel's Messiah I could listen to today, but it got hijacked into the Christmas rotation.
My favorite portion of the Arkansas translation of the libretto: "Oh we like sheep".

I don't necessarily like or want to listen to it year round, but it gets stuck in my head easily. I'll hear something and it'll make me think of a Christmas song. After that, it's over. I've just learned to embrace it. Bing Crosby is the GOAT Christmas album. Sinatra's is a close second. As far as playing it, I wait until after the LSU game after Thanksgiving. Same with lights on the house.
