An oldie, but goodie. Too bad this trooper wasn't the one to stop Sandra Bland. She would still be alive.

THAT is the proper way to handle a situation like that.

I think that was in Vermont or New Hampshire, but I'm not 100% sure.
The best part is that the guy said he was going 57 in what he thought was a 55. So he was still speeding, just a question of 2 over or 17 over. And you know he was a local, so he knows the speed limit.

I read the title as "This is how a cop should handle an angry moist".
I was not expecting a vhs video from 1986 when I clicked the link.

That was awesome. He's all proud of himself for calling it and she's thinking how her car just got blown up.

It was in Maine.
Google Officer Stephen Murray Maine.
The 1st half of the of video wasnt shown.
It only shows the Officer presenting the ticket & returning the man his license/ insurance/ registration.

Found this on a cop board so TIFWIW:
quote:
I was told by one of our instructors at the academy that the trooper did not have his camera on during the first half of the stop because he was trying to get the driver mad and riled up. He did this because his captain had been on him for the way he acted with other motorists and the complaints he had received. He then turns it on in the second half and you all see what happens. At the very end of the video you can hear the trooper say, something along the lines of lets see if you like how I handled that captain. I thought it was funny until I heard that.
