I was very disappointed with Ultron. It wasn't bad, but Ultron wasn't even close to as badass as he should have been. Tens of millions should have been killed by Ultron, which would perfectly set up Civil War. Instead Loki has a higher death count. There needed to be some ultra-violence in that film. Granted, it wouldn't shock me if this is more Disney's fault than Whedon's. I could see executives saying "No way are you going to have Ultron kill everyone in Seoul and Johannesburg." But Ultron should have been more powerful and more violent to where you feel as if he's a true threat to the planet. His death count may have not entered the 3 digit range, and Loki easily did that just from escaping from SHIELD's headquarters.
