Right now he's there at the end of the third in 12 team PPR mocks

If you're drafting 10-12th and Aaron goes before Luck you could definitely get him at and a #1 WR (Dez, Demaryius, Brown or Julio) on the way back. If Ingram isn't there in the 3rd, Miller will be there.

I'll retract that it's impossible for Luck/Dez/(Ingram or Miller). Hill is a pipedream.
