3. Darrelle Revis 6
4. Joe Haden 16

Shocked that Chris Harris gave up so few. Haden and PP

I just see a small empty box, but I presume Chris Harris Jr leads the list at 0 TD's allowed in 2014.

Harris is perennially underrated. Cybermetrics rank him as a top 3 cornerback but he did not even make the top 100 list.

This is a misleading stat, Harris and Sherman play in zone heavy schemes that don't require them to follow the other team's best receiver or play on an island with no safety help. It also allows advanced stat keepers to fudged the numbers by blaming their occasional mistakes on the inside corner not switching or the safety not getting over the top.
Meanwhile, Patrick Peterson plays man on 82% of his snaps and follows the other team's best receiver from sideline to sideline. Only giving up 7 TDs a year doing that is far more impressive than anything a zone corner does.
Richard Sherman plays man coverage less than 40% of the time. He is great at reading QBs, but he just isn't asked to do much locking down of receivers.

Haden and PP7 are probably the two best players of all those listed.
Julio schooled PP7 last year, though, that's the truth.

I'm not defending Patrick Peterson, but without intimate knowledge of the coverage schemes, this is a loaded stat.

This is why I'll always think Sherman is vastly overrated.

7 TDs a year is face palm worthy?

I'll give Joe Haden a pass. He plays for the Browns. As Emmitt Smith once said "When you have a few diamonds mixed in with a lot of cowshit, eventually it all looks like cowshit."

Nobody will ever be as impressive as Deion, dude played straight man coverage his entire career and gave up less than 2 TDs/yr. Hid worst season as a pro, his second year in Atlanta, saw him give up a whole 5 TDs. He had three years where he gave up 0 TDs.
Deion played man even in zone schemes, they would put him on the other team's best wide out and zone everyone else. Jerry Rice said Deion was the only guy he ever played against who he legitimately thought was a better football player.

Peterson does give up a lot of big plays though.

If you're best in the league it is. Zero excuse for PP and Haden. They're both great corners.
PP gave up almost 200 yards to JJ.

Sherman and Harris are rarely in a position to give up big plays. Seattle especially has such awesome safety play that their corners can be super aggressive in their zone responsibilities and jump on everything short and intermediate.

That video you provided showed him get torched, but at least two of those catches weren't even his responsibility.
That being said, I honestly don't know what kind of scheme Arizona was running on a couple of those plays. With someone the speed/size of Julio, if you're going to only give him a 2 yard cushion, you need to redirect him, outside for a trail inside for a true man (simplifying of course).

Well PP always guards the other teams #1 guy and he was VERY sick all year last year so it's not fair to compare him to Sherman when only looking at TDs given up.
