Mates, I know that as collegiate fans, wearing jerseys is "trashy", but could an exception be made for this 1962 Stovall jersey seeing as:

A) it's "retro" and not a true "jersey" in the traditional sense (more like a sweater)
B) I live in Big 10 country and people up here wear jerseys
C) It's on sale for less than 50% of original price
D) It's cold enough in the Midwest to wear this on Saturdays in the fall
E) I actually hold a degree from LSU so it's not like I'm your friend Beau Reaubicheaux who transferred to Grace King from Grand Isle back in 9th grade, then got arrested several times for domestic battery, dealing meth, and disorderly conduct/resisting arrest and who is especially vocal on Facebook about how bad Les Miles sucks.

I enjoyed this:

Super sharp. I love the long sleeve look of old school football.

I would definitely wear one from that era (though would prefer in white).

No excuse. Don't stoop to their level. You should be wearing a Nike coach's polo or Peter Millar with some tasteful pastel shorts early in the season. Jeans and an LSU colored button down when it gets cold.
