Lolis Eric Elie, the New Orleans-born writer and former Times-Picayune Metro columnist. Elie's message read: "Dear Red's, Why is there a General Lee's Chicken on your menu? Are you honoring the general who led the Confederacy, or have I jumped to the wrong conclusion?"

Thanks Lolis…Thanks to your SJW post, I will be making a visit to Red Chinese later this week. I had no desire to go before but now that I'm reading how good the chicken is, I can't wait to try it!

I will probably go visit that place now too. Lolis is the worst of the worst. He is the biggest woe is me victim writer that I know of in the area. He has no talent and knows it, so this is all he has to offer.
So sad.
