Is she struggling like most 25 year olds? If so, ask her what she needs. Could be a vacuum cleaner or a brake job on her car. If she's ballin' just get her a picture of the two of you framed for her... so she remembers to pay your nursing home bills down the line.

Family vacation. You, her, her husband, your SO, etc. Many 25ish couples cant afford vacations so it would probably be a welcome idea. And I'm sure you'd rather spend time with her than just get her something anyway

FYI- I have had really good experiences with making my own cards, just google "create birthday card," and there are all kinds of websites that will do it for you. All you need to do is upload a photo, write a lovely greeting and print it out.
