Dig with mini-excavator, set grade for slope and drainage. Catch basin on one end and center area. Is a back yard drainage pipe.

First get your utilities marked by calling 811, I did this last week as i plan on doing the same project. I'm renting a trencher to dig the lines. My neighbor did his in a days of work. With that said look for landscape companies in br. Most do this type of work

Trencher will work fine in this case. Very easy DIY job. Call 811

Why do you need an excavator to lay 4" drainage pipe? Thats like renting a big rig to pull a jet ski

Landscape 180, guy's name is Caleb Heine, does great work

Already called 811, lines are marked. Thats a shite pile of diggin for a shovel..........
Its a lot easier to get grade/depth right with a mini excavator vs a trencher running hog wild.

Man your not doing it right if thats the case. Trencher is 100x better for this. Will make alot lett mess as excavator will have big mounds of dirt vs small chewed up dirt from trencher.

Cat D6 is the machine for that job.

Pro Green, LLC is owned and operated by a good buddy of mine. He seems to have been doing a lot of these types of drainage jobs just like you are describing. Give him a call

How much fall is there from where the line starts to where you plan to dump it? If the slope is pretty flat you will probably need to rent a laser level. T

You serious, Clark?
If you can't or won't do it,,, just rent a 6" trencher and hire somebody to bend over and glue the pipe. Or, hire them to run trencher and bend over, etc. I wouldn't want a mini ex in my yard,,, if I could use a trencher instead, but, just my opinion.
