UL-Lafayette will be a dangerous opponent if they make to BR next weekend

I know a lot of LSU fans think UL-Lafayette will be a walk in the park if it comes to that next weekend, but don't discount this team. They are a dangerous opponent playing their best baseball of the year. I think Rice or Houston would be a better match up for LSU. The Cajuns won't be intimidated by the atmosphere. I think LSU still wins if they are both there, but they are a scary opponent. The reason I feel this way is that other than Lange, LSU's pitching has been inconsistent.

Anything about ULL specifically, other than your feelings? Got some stats to back it up?
Because I don't think any of the 3 teams left in that field would be intimidated by LSU at the box.
We'll have to beat them the regular way.

I'm going to make an educated guess and assume that they won't beat LSU while only totaling 2 hits for the game.

Where do you rantards come up with this crap?

ULL was so impressive in Wally Pontiff Classic that LSU pulled it's starters.

You idiots have been saying stupid shite like this since we got these jokers for the regional
LSU is Omaha bound and it doesn't matter if it's ULL or houston

ULL fanbois showing up already.
LSU would easily sweep in 2.

Take a look at how ULL has won it's last 3 ballgames...maybe you'll FEEL a bit better.
If LSU were winning in this fashion , would you feel like LSU was "dangerous"?

I think LSU wins, but say what you want about UL-Lafayette, but they are playing their best baseball right now and it will be tougher than you guys think. Don't base anything on back in April. They are a different team now. LSU is playing well also. It will be a great series if they happen to both make it to Baton Rouge next week. I am just saying, "Don't assume this will be as easy as you think."

You really feel they are playin good baseball , huh?
Wow

Pretty much anybody will be a dangerous opponent. That's how they made it to the Super Regional.

It's the damn super regionals. EVERYONE is a dangerous opponent at this stage

I dont think anyone honest with themselves thinks we will walk out with a couple 10 run victories, but sorry if we get excited to potentially to play a 3 seed in a super regional.

But lets not get ahead of ourselves, they still have to find a way to win another game.

Ull is garbage...they have been gifted these last 2 games.

As shitty as LSU has played at times this weekend ULL has played worse. If they're playing the best baseball for the year and LSU isn't playing at the top of theirs...I like our chances because we're still playing way better than them with a far superior team.
