are we just flipping the color of the skin around and keeping the history the same? as in now Europe is/was black and Africa is/was white

Basically this. With several centuries of legalized slavery, followed by civil war, followed by the freeing of the white race. Do you see the subsequent history from this point being:
• Pretty much the same
• Quite different
• Other
