Unless state legislatures intervene to pass teacher protection laws the teachers really can't do much of anything when students fight - at least not without risking their job and/or being sued.

The guys mom should sue the school system because he is a good kid and its the teachers fault for failing to break it up. If it was two white kids he would have broken it up.

I can't imagine witnessing a guy beating the ever-loving shite out of a girl in the middle of hallway and not pulling him off of her.
In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if a bunch of guys didn't jump in to beat the hell out of him for even considering punching a girl like that.

If a chick was getting her arse beat by a dude at my high school every other male witness would jump in and stop it. I have no doubt.
The guy would probably get his arse kicked badly too by a group of guys.

The really sad thing is that there was a guy doing the video and other dudes just watching the beating. It took three girls to jump in a stop the fight.

I thought for sure this was going to be a white guy beating up a white girl. But to no avail, just another black on black beating which seem to make up 90% of these disturbing videos (even though they are 14% of the population). Sad
