Cooks, Colston, Hill, Watson...Morgan?
How have we not added anyone yet?

I'm fairly confident Hill is going to be a major weapon.
We're just going to have to make due with what we have. Anyone we select at this point won't be a MAJOR contributor/starter. I think Cooks going into year 2, Toon getting a little more play time, and Hill blossoming will be enough. This is Ingram's offense anyway.

I'm absolutely cool with a big commitment to the run game...but we're gonna have to throw the ball to someone.
You have to hope Hill and Toon can step up because if they don't, we're dangerously thin.
I don't see a go to guy anywhere on the roster besides Colston, and I just don't think you can put that much on him anymore.

Payton told everyone how high he was on Seantavius Jones & Brandon Coleman he was not blowing smoke.

Add Spillar to your OP please. Toon or Jones perhaps.

Top four receivers are going to be(in no order) Colston, Cooks, Hill, and Spiller. It's not like the cupboard is bare. Then we have some good or potentially good options after that.

A running or balanced offense really only needs 2 - 3 WRs. We have Clston, Toon, Morgan, Hill, & Watson. Choose 2 - 3 and we'll be fine.

There are still some solid WR prospects out there...
Justin Hardy, Tre McBride, Dezmin Lewis, Deontay Greenberry, Stefon Diggs, Tony Lippett, etc
It's a deep deep WR class.
