The top teams take the BPA.
I'm personally of the opinion that upgrading a position from good to great is better than upgrading a position from average to good.
Two great wideouts makes you a matchup nightmare. Defensive coordinators aren't scheming around Brandon Scherff, but they'd lose sleep trying to stop Cooper and Beckham. Address your needs later in the draft, take BPA in the first round.
When Jones and White were healthy in Atlanta they were a bad fourth quarter away from reaching the super bowl. That team didn't have a defense or a run game. Two stud receivers can take you a long way with a competent quarterback.
Cooper makes the Giants a better football team than anyone else that would realistically be on the board.
