You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
Race by states:
percantage of whites per state
LA - 61%
MS - 58%
AL - 67%
GA - 56%
AR - 75%
TN - 76%
FL - 58%
SC - 64%

The riots and looting is in the poor areas of the larger metro area. So in a poor run down area yes it can. In Mandeville no it will not.

Absolutely could happen, but as has already been stated - it would be a shite load bloodier.
I'd expect to see something like this in:
1. Menphrica
2. Hotlanta
3. Jena

Kindly please refrain from being so obtuse. I´m talking about urban areas (like Baltimore). Nobody is concerned about riots in bumfrick rural areas, they aren´t going to happen there.

If they would just Free the Six, this would no longer be an issue.

I really don't think people understand the race dynamics of Atlanta. It's not Memphis or Jackson.

I just can't see it happening in Lafayette, Baton Rouge etc. I could possibly see New Orleans.
I can see it happening in all three of these, especially Baton Rouge and NOLA.

Could only happen in NBR and honestly no one would care.

gun laws in missouri are pretty lax. So your point isn't solid.
St. Louis is filled with liberal, anti-gun types (like most major cities).

4. History of riots & looting? Big f&%king check!
Where are all these riots in New Orleans happening at?
The only ones I can think of was for Katrina and that was because everything was flooded an the police (ones who stayed behind that is) were overwhelmed by the flooding and destruction.
Can it happen here? I think it is possible but I think it would play out differently here.

I sort of alluded to that earlier, few if any southern cities have done more to embrace diversity and acceptance, Montgomery and Atlanta were pretty similar cities at the height of the civil rights movement in the '60's and for whatever reason Atlanta decided to accept change and move forward, and Montgomery decided to keep Montgomerying, look at the difference in the two cities now

look at all the rioting areas. Even look back at Katrina. All poor areas looking for something free.
Posted on 4/28/15 at 11:54 am to lsupride87
Nope. But that is the only area it could happen in BR. And even that wouldnt last long at all.
