The food at Velvet Cactus sucks, but it seems like it would be a fun place to go and drink way too many margaritas.
Haven't been to City Pork II yet, but I'm a big fan of the original.
I like Barcadia. Excellent burgers and wings.
Crispy Catch is meh. There are too many other places like it that are cheaper.
Heard nothing good about Pat's
Haven't been to Modern Meals, but the food there looks good.
Bistro Byronz is doing gangbusters with that second location. Place is quite good.
I used to be a big fan of Fresh Salads and Wraps when I worked downtown.
Haven't been to Jolie Pearl yet, but it looks nice.
Haven't been to Spotters yet, but something like that was needed for downtown.
Matherene's has excellent plate lunches.

The list isn't that depressing.
