Some of yall are looking at it wrong and are arguing 2 different things. Sitting down on the toilet requires an "athletic movement". If I wanted to judge form or create a point system for turning toilet sitting into a sport, I'd be an "athlete". What level of athleticism is required to play my sport? Not a lot, not nearly as much as others. But it would be a sport & I would be an athlete on SOME LEVEL.

I know it's silly. But that's how we look at it in strength/conditioning
