I'd take LT over both of them for what it's worth. Not saying DT was bad but I prefer someone who is more versatile unless my team already has players that can play the run and cover. We currently don't have many guys to do that.
Johnson would be a better fit for our current team than Thomas.

The only person who probably take Thomas over Taylor is Marty Schottenheimer because he coached Thomas. Remember though, Taylor would have a tough time in today's climate because of his drug usage & other off the field issues. Nobody would look the other way now. Thomas on the other hand was what every team wants off the field. His charity work is what he is best known for off the field.

You must have smoked some of that shite with LT in your past. You don't take a player like Derrick Johnson over Derrick Thomas. The other players that are even worth discussing taking over Thomas all own yellow jackets too. LT was great because of his versatility & relentless aggressive style but there was NO ONE quicker off the snap than Derrick Thomas. He beat so many tackles simply because he was already past their shoulders immediately after the snap of the ball. You don't understand how much of a nightmare he was to block.
